Natalie Greenberg

Natalie Greenberg is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Interac Corp. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a Legal Counsel on secondment at Google, focusing on privacy and cyber security services, after serving as Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at Salesforce where guidance was provided on product development and compliance matters. Natalie's earlier experience includes roles as General Counsel at Connexall, Litigation Associate at Davis Barristers, and various positions during law school, including mediation at Small Claims Court. Natalie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from York University, a BA in Political Science, and several additional qualifications such as a certificate in MBA Essentials for Managers from the University of Toronto and CIPP/E from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
