Richard Mills

Richard Mills, CFA, CTP, currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Interac Corp. since January 2022. Prior to this role, Richard was the National Sales Head of ISB Global Liquidity and Cash Management at HSBC, overseeing a sales team focused on optimizing clients' treasury operations in Canada from February 2019 to January 2022. Richard's previous experience includes progressive leadership roles at CIBC, including Senior Manager positions in Global Liquidity and Cash Management and Commercial Banking, as well as GMRP Rotational Associate duties. Earlier career experiences involved consultancy in green building, teaching assistance, and contract work as a general contractor. Richard holds multiple degrees from the University of Toronto, including an MBA, MASc in Energy and Environmental Engineering, and BASc in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by successful completion of the CFA program.
