Sabrina Nardone is currently the Senior Legal Counsel at Interac Corp., where they provide legal support on various corporate matters. Previously, Sabrina was a Partner in the Business Law Department at Fogler, Rubinoff, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial law. Sabrina has acted on numerous domestic and cross-border transactions and has guided companies across diverse industries. They hold an Hons. Bachelor of Arts from York University and a Doctor of Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. Sabrina has also served as a mentor to articling students and as a business law advisor at Ryerson University's Business and Law Clinic.
