Shilpa Arora

Shilpa Arora is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategy at Interac Corp. since June 2025, Shilpa previously held multiple leadership roles at DoorDash, including General Manager for Canada and Australia, and Senior Director of Strategy & Operations. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Transformation and Director of Strategy & Corporate Development at CIBC, where responsibilities encompassed managing digital enablement and personal banking strategy. Earlier positions include Senior Manager at Loblaw Companies Limited, Associate in Mid-market M&A at Bank of Montreal, and several roles at Deloitte and Ernst & Young in transaction advisory services. Shilpa holds an MBA in Analytical Finance and Strategic Marketing from the Indian School of Business, a CBV certification from the Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture in New Delhi.
