Ursula Golas

Ursula Golas has held several high-level positions throughout their career. Ursula started their career at Union Gas in 1994 as an IT Contractor, where they managed testing and assisted in training for a custom sales application. Ursula then founded their own company, New Age Internet Consulting, in 1996.

In 1998, they joined IBM as a Senior Software Development Project Manager, specializing in complex software development projects. Ursula worked at IBM for almost 15 years, gaining expertise in software development best practices and tools.

In 2012, Ursula transitioned to TD Bank Group, taking on various roles including Senior Manager, Vice President, and Associate Vice President. Ursula led multi-million dollar programs and played a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives. Ursula also worked on revolutionizing digital banking platforms for TD America's Most Convenient Bank.

Most recently, Ursula joined Interac Corp. in 2023 as the Vice President of Agile Enablement Practice. Ursula'sextensive experience in technology delivery and program management make their a valuable addition to the team.

Ursula Golas completed their Masters in Project Management at The George Washington University from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science degree at the University of Windsor from 1993 to 1997. In addition, Ursula obtained certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020.
