Yvonne Yap

Yvonne (To) Yap is a seasoned leader in technology and operations with extensive experience in the telecommunications and payments sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of Debit - Technology & Operations at Interac Corp. since October 2022, Yvonne is responsible for overseeing the full life cycle and quality of mobile wallet payments and features. Prior to this role, Yvonne held several director positions at Rogers Communications for nearly two decades, including Director of Technical Contact Centre Transformation, where leadership in Agile transformation was achieved for a large contact center, and Director of Network Operations Center, overseeing incident management for millions of consumers. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from York University.
