Joelene L.

Joelene L. is a highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in technology and design. Currently working at Evvy since January 2024, Joelene also serves as a fellow at Interact since May 2022. Previously, Joelene held software engineering positions at Retool and was a Kleiner Perkins Engineering Fellow while at Kleiner Perkins. As a co-founder and Tech & Design Director at Impact Media, Joelene contributed to creating impactful content for young audiences. Additional roles include project lead at Blueprint for Non-Profits, focusing on developing a mobile app for life-saving solar energy, and participating in the Fung Fellowship at UC Berkeley, which promotes tech solutions for societal challenges. Joelene earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science with a focus on Design Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley.
