Fiona Miller

Fiona Miller currently serves as the People & Culture Director at Interact Software, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Fiona was the Interim Head of HR Business Services at Ageas Group, where responsibilities included leading HR Services and contributing to HR systems strategy from May 2022 to April 2023. Fiona's experience spans multiple roles, including Group Head of People Services at Arrow Global Group, overseeing an HRIS implementation across six European countries, and various leadership positions at Royal London, where key contributions included supporting major transformation programs and shaping employee relations agendas. Fiona has also worked as an HR/Business Change Manager at Hodge Bank and has held strategic roles at Lloyds Banking Group related to integration and restructuring projects. Fiona holds a Politics BA from the University of Leeds, a Post Graduate Diploma from Leeds Polytechnic, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) from Salford University.
