Greg Stortz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Greg is currently the Director of Engagement at Interact Software, where they lead the engagement efforts. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Customer Engagement and Head of Storytelling at Interact, where they worked closely with customers and shared their stories through various platforms.
Before joining Interact, Greg worked as the Internal Communications Manager at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America, where they oversaw communication strategies for over 15,000 employees. Greg also held roles at Best Buy Canada, including Sr. Collaboration Specialist, where they guided a team in achieving collaboration goals, and Collaboration Specialist, where they managed communication and collaboration platforms. Additionally, they served as a Senior Retail Process Coordinator, Mission Specialist, and Deputy of Counter Intelligence - Geek Squad at Best Buy.
Greg's early experience includes working as a Business Professional at Best Buy and a Marketing Intern at Cara Operations. Throughout their career, Greg has demonstrated expertise in internal communications, engagement, storytelling, and collaboration strategies.
Greg Stortz attended Conestoga College from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued a degree in Advertising with a field of study in Marketing - Advertising. In addition to their formal education, Greg has also obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they completed the Mental Health First Aid program offered by Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England. Furthermore, in January 2012, they achieved the First Aid - Level 1 certification through St. Johns Ambulance. In the same month and year, they completed the Automated External Defibrillator training provided by MediQuest Technologies (Dr. J. Finkler).
