Kris Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2006, they worked as a Web Project Manager at Team Recruitment (Aberdeen) Ltd. They then transitioned to a role as a Web Support Manager and Information Architect at Ampheon Web Design London in 2008. From 2009 to 2013, Kris worked at usablenet, first as the Head of US Project Management, then as the Global Head of Program Management, and finally as the Director of Delivery/Client Services. In 2013, they joined SundaySky as a Customer Success professional. In 2016, they became the Senior Director of Customer Success - West at Monetate until the company was acquired by Kibo/Vista Equity Partners in 2017. Following this, Kris worked at ConsumerAffairs as the Vice President of Sales and Client Success, the Head of Television Advertising, and the Vice President of Client Success. They later joined Revenue Collective as a Member. Currently, Kris holds the role of Vice President of Customer Success at Interact Software, where they work to deliver a complete intranet solution for organizations' internal communication needs. In addition to their professional career, Kris is also the Owner and Chief Instructor at ITFA Taekwon-Do Oklahoma, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills outside the corporate world.

Kris Morrison has a diverse education history. They obtained a BSc in Internet Information Systems from the University of Aberdeen. Additionally, Kris obtained a Certificate in Project Management from New York University and studied Modern Greek Language at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). They also have a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA England.

In terms of additional certifications, Kris has achieved several certifications in Customer Success Management. They have obtained the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 certifications from SuccessHACKER. Kris also holds a Level 1 certification as a Certified Boxing Instructor from Box N Burn Academy.
