Ryan Murphy

Ryan Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Ryan started their professional career as a Ride Operator at Funplex in July 2007 and worked there until October 2009. From April 2011 to April 2014, Ryan worked as a Line Attendant at Raindancer Carwash. Ryan then transitioned to Price Chopper Supermarkets - Market 32, where they served as a Desktop Support Technician from May 2014 to June 2015, and later as an IT Associate from June 2015 to March 2017. Ryan then joined Datto, Inc. in March 2017 and held various roles including Product Support Specialist, Implementation Manager, Technical Support Expert, and Senior Application Support Expert until August 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Technical Support Analyst at Interact Software, starting in August 2022.

Ryan Murphy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The College of Saint Rose between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Hudson Valley Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree and an Associate's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design. In February 2022, Ryan obtained a certification in RMM from Datto.
