Vinga Rekašienė

Vinga Rekašienė's work experience includes various leadership roles in the field of people and culture. Vinga started their career in 2014 as the CEO and Head of Training and Development at CAPITAL Centras. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Head of Training and Development at DNB būstas, followed by a similar role at Luminor būstas from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Resolution Lithuania as the Head of Training and Development. Currently, they are working at Interactio - Multilingual Meetings Solution, where they have held positions including Head of HR and VP of People & Culture. Their latest role at Interactio started in 2022 and ended in 2023.

Vinga Rekašienė obtained their Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas. Vinga attended the university from 2008 to 2012.
