Gavin Pearce

With a career in financial services spanning over 40 years, Gavin has significant management experience in strategic business development and growth. Before his recent retirement, Gavin held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Zurich Life & Investments. Gavin has worked across multiple organizations with responsibility for the development of new business areas and opportunities. He has a proven track record in building on organizational strengths to support personnel in practical operating plans.

Gavin prides himself on his strong commitment to personal values and the importance of shared team values. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
