Zander Grashow

Zander Grashow is the Founder and CEO of Adaptive Leadership+, where a focus on adaptability as a core competence for leadership and organizations has been emphasized for over 25 years. In addition to this role, Zander serves as North Star at Virgin Unite and as a Strategic Advisor for InterAction, an alliance organization in Washington, D.C. Zander has been the Board Chair for the US Africa Children’s Fellowship Inc., which aims to enhance education in Africa. Previously, Zander chaired the board at BRITDOC and held various advisory positions, including with The B Team and Clinton Global Initiative. Zander's leadership experience also includes a decade as CEO of Cambridge Leadership Associates. Educational background includes attendance at Wesleyan University and Midwood High School, as well as a stint at Aditi in Bangalore, India.
