Phyllis Stevens has over three decades of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving in the Human Resources department at Top Ink Manufacturer since 2009. Prior to this role, Phyllis worked as an Executive Recruiter at Executive Concepts from 1994 to 2000, and as a Project Manager at CNA Insurance from 1985 to 1994.
