It dawned upon her that many business owners were merely earning a living from running their businesses. They do not have a game plan in mind. Every day is a busy day for the owners who are just concerned about getting sales and have no work life balance. Often neglected are the financials, people and setting a system in place to help them run their businesses. She has seen some of her friends go bankrupt due to inadequate credit controls and poor cashflow planning. Some started businesses without a budget in place, as they are just so hot-headed about the starting a business. Many fail, of course.
