Brooke Coby

Brooke Coby has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brooke started their career at Aon Risk Solutions as an Analyst in the Global Business Unit. Brooke then joined Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Campus Recruiter. After that, they worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they held several roles, including Senior Resourcing Manager and Head of Recruitment for different sectors. Brooke joined TD as the Head of Campus Recruitment & Development for the US before moving to BlackRock, where they served as a Director in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner roles. Currently, they are the Global Head of Talent at Interactive Brokers.

Brooke Coby attended Vanderbilt University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Political Science.
