Daniel Spector is an experienced attorney currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Interactive Brokers since March 2016, focusing on litigation and regulatory issues on a global scale while handling cybersecurity matters. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of New York as Deputy Chief of the Public Integrity Section, where supervision of a team of 10 federal prosecutors and the trial of 12 federal criminal cases were key responsibilities.
