Grayson Weeks

Grayson Weeks is a Tax Counsel at Interactive Brokers, focusing on domestic and cross-border tax aspects of financing transactions. Prior to this role, they were a Tax Associate and Summer Associate at White & Case LLP, where they worked on various corporate transactions and capital markets matters. Grayson graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a J.D. and a Wharton Certificate in Management, while also serving as a Littleton Fellow, teaching legal writing, and participating in several legal clinics and publications. Their early career included positions as a legal intern in various judicial and legislative settings, alongside impactful internships at the White House and U.S. Senate. Grayson earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Utah State University, graduating as valedictorian of the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
