Michael Kerrigan

Michael Kerrigan has over 25 years of work experience in various HR roles. Michael most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Interactive Brokers since July 2016. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR Operations U.S. at Noble Group from April 2014 to June 2016. From September 2007 to April 2014, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MTM Technologies. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at MTM Technologies from December 2005 to September 2007. Michael began their career in HR at JetBlue Airways as the Manager of Payroll from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they worked at Crawford & Company as the Manager of Payroll from July 1998 to October 2001. Michael started their career as a Tax Analyst at Outsource International from August 1995 to June 1998.

Michael Kerrigan received their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1995. In 2013, they completed their Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Michael also obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2010 and a Masters in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
