Simona Facchini

Simona Facchini's work experience includes serving as a New Accounts Team Lead at Interactive Brokers since January 2021, following their previous role as a New Accounts Specialist from October 2018 to December 2020. Prior to joining Interactive Brokers, they worked as an International Customer Service Representative at Assisi Raffineria Metalli SPA from December 2016 to May 2018. Simona also gained experience as a Travel Sales Consultant at Coyote Viaggi from April 2014 to August 2016, and briefly worked as a Travel Coordinator at Kaplan International English in June and July 2016.

Simona Facchini completed high school at ITC Primo Levi from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a high school diploma specializing in Business Administration and Foreign Language. Simona then pursued their undergraduate studies at the Università degli Studi di Verona from 2011 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Languages and Cultures for Tourism and International Commerce. In 2013 and 2014, Simona attended the Universidad de Córdoba, focusing on Tourism and Travel Services Marketing Operations. Simona also holds additional certifications, including the ICA Certificate in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association and the E.C.D.L from ECDL. Simona has also obtained the DELF B1 (Diplôme d'études en langue française) certification from the Institut français.
