Gary Touryan

Gary Touryan, PE has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. Their most recent role was as a "Supporter" for the #120KProject, where they focused on raising awareness about the critical situation in #Artsakh and urging organizations to provide urgent humanitarian aid. Prior to this, Gary served as the Senior Director of Engineering Oversight at Interactive Elements and as the Executive Director of Transit and Rail Systems at Stantec. Gary also held the position of Senior Vice President in companies like Halcrow and PACO Group, Inc. Additionally, Gary has held various leadership roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff, Kaiser Engineers Corporation, Miami-Dade County, Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (marta), and Con Edison. Throughout their career, Gary has exhibited strong expertise in engineering, business development, project management, and construction.

Gary Touryan, PE holds a Master's degree in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Gary also earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The City University of New York.
