Melissa works with Interactive Knowledge's creative and development teams in support of the product development process with a focus on QA and accessibility. She assists with content strategy/entry and manages site documentation creation, client training, and post-launch product support. With three years as a Data Analyst, and two years as a Web Developer, Melissa is a detail-orientated individual with a passion for problem-solving and implementing cleanly designed interfaces for users.
Melissa holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Michigan State University, a Computer Support Specialist A.B. from Lansing Community College and completed a Web Developer Bootcamp in 2019.
