Jeffrey Eckberg has worked in the technology industry since 1989. Theirfirst job was as a Data Communications Engineer at UPMC, where they worked until 1998. Jeffrey then moved to 3Com as a Pre Post Sales Engineer. In 2005, Jeffrey joined Avaya as a Technical Sales Engineer, and in 2009 they began working at Technology Solutions Group, Inc. in the same role. In 2015, Jeffrey moved to Consolidated Technologies, Inc. (CTI), where they worked as a Solutions Engineer and Senior Sales Engineer. Jeffrey is currently employed at Interactive Northwest, Inc. as a Solutions Engineer.
Jeffrey Eckberg is currently enrolled at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. In July 2022, they obtained the Avaya Aura\u00ae Call Center Elite Design Certified certification from Avaya.
