Marc Saunders

Marc Saunders has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Marc began their career in 1997 as a Technology and Media Support Engineer at Western Washington University. In 2000, they joined Avaya Inc. as a Senior Technical Manager, where they were responsible for escalation management, product expertise, and mentoring global Tier 3 Support Engineers. In 2013, they moved to ConvergeOne as a Senior Solution Architect and Technical Project Manager, where they designed and developed Self-Service solutions for clients. Most recently, they have been a Senior Technical Project Manager at Interactive Northwest, Inc. since 2019.

Marc Saunders attended Western Washington University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
