Qadeer Baig possesses extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in sexual and reproductive health advocacy. As the Country Representative for Pakistan at Rutgers (formerly World Population Foundation) from January 2007 to October 2016, Qadeer contributed to initiatives aimed at the well-being of young individuals. Currently, Qadeer serves as Chairman of the FESF Foundation, Senior Program Advisor at Interactive Research and Development since September 2021, and CEO and Principal Consultant at NGO Resource Centre, which focuses on strengthening NGO partnerships and promoting sexual and reproductive health rights. Qadeer is also Chairperson of the Board at Family Educational Services Foundation since November 2018. Qadeer holds an MSc in the Management of NGOs from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an MSc in Statistics from the University of Sindh.
