Aaron MacHado

Aaron Machado has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Aaron started their career in the United States Marine Corps in 1999, where they served as an Infantryman and Recruiter until 2007. Following this, Aaron worked at the US Army Corps of Engineers as a MEPS Testing Coordinator for a year. In 2008, they joined Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter and later became an Account Executive, specializing in customized recruiting and staffing strategies. Aaron transitioned to Expert Institute in 2020, assuming the role of Director, Mid-Market, Florida, where their responsibilities included leveraging data and analytics to provide superior expert insights for legal advocacy. Currently, Aaron is employed at Interactive Resources - iR as an Emerging Markets Manager, responsible for client and candidate needs in various industries.

Aaron Machado attended Taunton High School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a high school diploma. Following high school, they attended Marine Corps Training from 1999 to 2003.
