Michael Showes

Michael Showes is an experienced Frontend Developer currently working at Interactive Strategies since March 2022, specializing in creating interactive user interfaces using PHP/Twig and Ember.js, integrated with various CMSs such as Drupal and WordPress. Prior to this role, Michael gained valuable experience as a Frontend Developer Intern, working on significant client websites with a focus on HTML/SCSS/JS workflows. Michael's extensive background in the US Army from August 2002 to July 2022 includes various leadership and instructional positions, such as Administrative Assistant and Vehicle Recovery NCOIC, where responsibilities ranged from managing administrative operations and coordinating schedules to teaching soldiers recovery techniques and hand-to-hand combat. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology from American Military University, completed in October 2023.
