National Support Engineer

Carlos Chu has over a decade of experience in technical sales and cybersecurity, primarily with IBM from June 2007 to August 2012, where roles included Technical Sales Specialist for IBM Power Systems, Datacenter Cybersecurity Lead Auditor, Software Services Representative for System i, and DataCenter iSeries Architect for Outsourcing. In these positions, Carlos was responsible for translating customer technology requirements into solutions, providing strategic security advice, supporting AS/400-iSeries clients, and architecting hardware infrastructure solutions for outsourcing.
