Dimitrios Barpakis

Dimitrios Barpakis is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as Chapter Leader of Channel Applications and Development Team Lead at INTERAMERICAN since February 2011, Dimitrios leads the development of Direct Business Solutions. Previous roles include IT Consultant at Cognity, Chief Software Engineer at Atlantis Consulting SA for the BioRes international project, and Project Manager/Chief Software Engineer at BSI, where comprehensive project lifecycles were managed. Additional experience encompasses roles at IBM Hellas, Advice, Athens University of Economics and Business, ISTOS, Digital Bridges, and Weft Technologies. Dimitrios holds a Master’s degree in Distributed Multimedia Information Systems from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of the Aegean.
