Sally McGhee is the founder and CEO of McGhee Productivity Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to creating cultures of productivity. With over 30 years of experience in productivity and change management, Sally has impacted numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft and Deloitte, through a holistic approach focused on organizational alignment and well-being. Currently an Executive Consultant at InteraWorks since 2022, Sally also served as an official member of the Forbes Coaches Council from 2019 to 2022, providing thought leadership in productivity and change management. Sally holds two master's degrees, one in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and another in Spiritual Science from the Peace Theological Seminary & College of Philosophy.
