Stephenie Rockwell has a diverse work experience. Stephenie started as a Graphic Designer at Good Things Publishing in 2004. In 2005, they transitioned to become a Project and Creative Manager at EYE Corp, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, they joined InteraWorks as the Director of Culture & Client Experience, where they are currently working. At InteraWorks, they focus on integrating learning to transform performance and development within organizations.

Stephenie Rockwell graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a focus on Advertising. In 2023, they obtained a certification in ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training from ESET North America.
