Steven founded the Great Productivity Company, holding the title of President from March 1999 until February 2024. Previous roles include Global Facilitator and Executive Coach at Thrive Global, Consultant at Best Year Yet® Worldwide, and VP of Virtual Programs at McGhee Productivity Solutions, all of which were acquired by InteraWorks. Steven's career also encompasses experience as a Facilitator and Executive Coach at The Effective Edge and Sales Manager positions at ENLIGHTENED LEADERSHIP SOLUTIONS INC and Educational Aids Publishing. Education includes studies at Kingston College in the UK and ongoing learning at the University of Life.
