Aurélien Rizk

CEO at InterAx Biotech

Aurélien Rizk is the CEO of InterAx Biotech. Aurélien was previously a post-doc at Paul Scherrer Institut from September 2011 to June 2015. Aurélien was also a post-doc at ETH Zurich from September 2011 to August 2012. Prior to that, they were a PhD student at INRIA from January 2007 to December 2011. Aurélien also did an internship at Brandeis University from June 2006 to August 2006, where they reverse engineered algorithms for inferring genetic networks. Aurélien was also a member of the first French team at the International Genetically Engineered Machine competition (iGEM) from June 2007 to November 2007, where they were a finalist and won first place in Foundational Research. Finally, they did an internship at IMAG Grenoble from May 2005 to June 2005.

Aurélien Rizk has a background in computer science and has a master's degree in bioinformatics and biostatistics from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI).
