Andrea Chen has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having held key positions in various organizations. From November 2024, Andrea has served as a Talent Attraction Specialist at InterBanco Guatemala, following a role as a Recruitment and Selection Coordinator at Breemer, S.A. from November 2022 to November 2024.
