Bárbara Cabaleiro

Bárbara Cabaleiro has extensive work experience in various roles. Bárbara started their career at Burger King® in 2004 as a Branch Manager, where they were responsible for cash management, inventory, and administration tasks. During their time there, they also conducted interviews and selected new staff.

In 2008, Bárbara joined Topacio as an Accounting Analyst. Their role included invoice processing, account analysis, and cash flow management. Bárbara worked in this position until 2014.

From 2014 to 2018, Bárbara worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Sosinter S.A. Their responsibilities included sourcing and selecting administrative, sales, and operational profiles. Bárbara managed job postings, conducted interviews, and prepared job offers.

In 2018, Bárbara joined Xelere as a Recruiter IT and HR Analyst. Bárbara managed end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on IT profiles. Their tasks included posting job ads, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers. Bárbara also participated in retention plans for employees.

Most recently, Bárbara started working for Interbanking in 2022 as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr. Their role involves managing the end-to-end selection process for digital profiles. This includes understanding internal clients' needs, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.

Throughout their career, Bárbara has gained experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT profiles. Bárbara has demonstrated skills in sourcing and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.

Bárbara Cabaleiro completed their education from 2010 to 2017 at the Universidad Nacional de La Matanza, where they obtained a Licenciatura en Relaciones Laborales (Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations). Their field of study focused on Relaciones Laborales (Labor Relations).
