Head of Product Design & Experience at Interbanking

Paola Cela has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within different companies. Paola currently works at Interbanking as the Head of Product Design & Experience. Prior to this, they held the position of UX Lead at the same company. Paola also has experience working at Galicia Seguros, where they held multiple roles including Value Proposition - VOC, Responsable de Voz del cliente, Customer Experience Design Specialist, Communication Manager, and Communications Analyst. Paola'sresponsibilities in these roles included improving customer experience, managing corporate communications and branding, coordinating digital marketing plans, and implementing annual event plans for customer relations. Before Galicia Seguros, Paola had an internship at Nobleza Piccardo, where they focused on communication and social responsibility, including tasks such as updating the company website and drafting communication materials.

Paola Cela has a solid educational background with a focus on communication and marketing. Paola started their education journey at the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued a Degree in Communication Sciences with a specialization in advertising and public opinion. This program lasted from 2002 to 2009.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Paola pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication at the University of 'San Andrés' in 2013 and 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Paola has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Paola completed programs such as "Carrera de Diseño UX," "UX Avanzado," and "Diseño UX/UI" at Coderhouse in 2021. Paola also obtained a certification in "UX Writing" from Crehana in 2021.

Prior to these recent certifications, Paola obtained a certification in "Diseño de Experiencias en Servicios" from Universidad Austral, Argentina in 2020. Additionally, they earned "Certificación en Customer Agility Foundation" from Enterprise Agility Institute® in 2020 and a certification in "Practitioner en Customer Experience Management" from Integrar RRHH in 2018.

Paola's educational journey also includes completing a program on "Programa de Asuntos Públicos y Comunicación de Crisis" at Universidad Austral, Argentina in 2016.

Furthermore, they obtained proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, and Indesign from IAC Instituto Argentino de Computación in 2007. Paola's educational achievements extend to obtaining the "First Certificate" from the University of Cambridge in 2004.
