After gaining experience in leading creative agencies, they founded Longblink in 2017, a strategy studio focused on helping brands find their competitive advantage through reflection and insight. In 2024, they established Clutch, a consultancy that utilizes LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops to enhance team collaboration and problem-solving.
