Brock Worthen has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Brock started their career as a Paralegal at Day, Shell, & Liljenquist in 2004 and then worked as an Assistant to VP, General Counsel at Salt Lake Chamber from 2005-2005. Brock later worked as a Summer Associate at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough in 2007 and as an Extern to Judge Michael at the US Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit from 2007-2007. From 2008-2009, they worked as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough. Brock then served as an Attorney at Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough from 2009-2012, handling creditors' rights, workouts, reorganizations, and liquidations. From 2012-2015, they worked as an Attorney at Snell & Wilmer, representing clients in complex commercial disputes and insolvency proceedings. In 2015, they joined Worthen Law as an Attorney and also worked as Counsel at Flagship Financial Group, LLC until 2017, where they provided legal counsel and developed corporate legal strategies. Currently, they serve as the President of Intercap Lending, starting from October 2017.

Brock Worthen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah in 2006. Brock then went on to attend the University of Chicago Law School, where they completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 2006 to 2009.
