Ashley D.

Ashley D. is the Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health Operations at Intercare Therapy, Inc., where they lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality multidisciplinary behavioral health services for the autism community. With extensive experience in clinical service delivery and program design, Ashley previously held leadership roles at ACES, including Vice President of Clinical Service Delivery and Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Innovation. They began their career as a Child Life Specialist at MemorialCare Miller Children’s & Women’s Hospital and have continuously contributed to enhancing care delivery through data-driven and client-centric approaches. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Policy and Behavioral Health Administration at National University.
