Esté Daffue is currently the Head of Clinical Performance at Intercare Group, where they focus on clinical governance and quality improvement. Previously, they held positions as a Nursing Coordinator and Unit Manager at Intercare Group, as well as a Registered Nurse and Emergency Centre Shift Leader at Mediclinic. Esté earned a BSocSc in Nursing from the University of the Free State and is pursuing a Master's degree in Nursing Management at the University of Johannesburg. Additionally, Esté has completed a Short Course in Diabetes with Distinction from the University of Pretoria and is now studying Quality Improvement and Patient Safety through the International Society for Quality in Health Care.
