Aaron Gladman

Aaron Gladman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the prepaid payment industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Intercash since January 2012. Gladman leads the strategic growth initiatives across new markets and oversees the leadership team to foster a positive corporate culture focused on sustainability and growth. Previously, as VP of Business Development, Gladman played a pivotal role in establishing key partnerships and driving global expansion efforts, and as Head of Sales, managed the entire sales division, implementing training programs and optimizing product penetration. Gladman began their career as a Sales Executive, contributing to significant client onboarding and company growth. An education background includes an Executive Management degree from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from John Molson School of Business and Concordia University.
