3rd Line Technical Support Engineer at Intercede

David Price has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. David started their career as a System Support at Laura Ashley in 1988 and then moved to Claremont Garments in 1990 for a similar role. In 1997, they joined Sara Lee Courtaulds where they held various positions and eventually became an IT Infrastructure Team Leader. During this time, they provided hardware and software technical support, implemented and maintained the company's IT infrastructure, and developed the business continuity strategy. In 2006, David began working as a self-employed IT contractor. David'sfirst contract was at EGG where they led a team gathering and acting upon information about vulnerable software packages. David then worked for Gala Coral Ltd as a 3rd Line Technical Support Contractor, supporting a bingo club project. In 2007, they had a brief role at Interserve FM, providing 3rd line technical support during an office relocation. Currently, David is working at Intercede Ltd as a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer, where they provide support for the company's identity management software, collaborates with high-profile organizations, and maintains security clearance until June 2020.

David Price attended Glossop Comprehensive School from 1976 to 1982, where they completed their O and A Level Education. From 1986 to 1988, they studied at the Southampton Institute of Higher Education, obtaining an HND in Computer Aided Engineering. In June 2004, David obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft.
