Jason Chilvers began their work experience in 1997 as an IT Manager at Ariel Fasteners, where they stayed until 2000. Jason then worked as a Senior IT Support Analyst at Pointon York from 2000 to 2001. Following that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Simple Computers from 2001 to 2003. Afterward, they joined CASCAiD as an IT Manager, where they managed a team responsible for a server farm and worked on product releases and changes until 2012. From 2012 until the present, Jason has been working as a Technical Support Engineer at Intercede, providing specialized 3rd line support for security solutions to high profile corporate and government organizations worldwide.

Jason Chilvers pursued their education at the University of Leicester. Jason first completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry (Euro) from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in IT from 1995 to 1997.
