Lynn Crews has a strong background in customer support and services management. Lynn started working at Intercede in 2013 as a Customer Support Manager, a role that continues to the present. Prior to that, Lynn worked at MACS Software Ltd. as a Customer Support Desk Manager from December 2012 to May 2013. Lynn also gained valuable experience at Experian Payments, where Lynn was a Customer Services Manager from February 2006 to July 2010. Lynn's earliest work experience was at LogicaCMG (formerly Computer Answers), where Lynn served as a Development Services Manager from October 1999 to September 2003.
Lynn Crews earned a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland, attending from 1988 to 1992.
