Mark James is currently the Head of Information Technology at Intercede, a position held since 2025. They previously served as NOC Manager at IPTel Solutions Pty Ltd from 2022 to 2025, and as a Wintel Technical Analyst at Virgin Media for nearly a decade. Earlier in their career, Mark gained diverse experience at Accenture, covering roles in service management, virtualization, and project management from 2008 to 2011. Mark started their education at Lutterworth Grammar School and is currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology at Lutterworth College. Additionally, they worked as a lifeguard at Serco from 2006 to 2007.
