Business Systems Analyst at Intercede

Mike Willis has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Mike started their career as a Technical Support Specialist at ScheduALL in 2000 and stayed there for a year. Mike then joined Omnibus Systems in 2001 as a Senior QA Engineer and was responsible for running the department in the QA Manager's absence. Mike also handled the installation and maintenance of the QA Test Suite. In 2005, Mike joined Intercede as a Senior Test Engineer, where they worked on the MyID product range, implementing rigorous test plans and ensuring maximum coverage. Later on, they took on the role of a Business Systems Analyst at Intercede, where they gathered requirements, designed processes and workflows, and authored functional specifications for various prestigious projects, including the UK National ID and RBS/Coutts bank. Mike completed the project lifecycle from concept to delivery, providing on-site installations, operational support, troubleshooting, and User Acceptance Testing.

Mike Willis attended London Metropolitan University from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a first-class degree in Communications & Audio Visual Production.
