Berta Carvalho has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Development at CIMPOR since 1984, alongside a managerial role at InterCement. Berta studied Human Resources Management and Work Psychology at the Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração in Lisbon from 1989 to 1993.
