They previously served as a safety engineer at Mineração Rio do Norte, where they coordinated safety teams and drove compliance with ISO standards, achieving significant reductions in workplace accidents. Fred holds multiple postgraduate degrees in safety engineering and integrated management systems, along with a bachelor's degree in mechanical production engineering.
