Manuel Penga is an experienced maintenance planning professional with a strong background in maintenance strategy management and execution across various industries. Currently employed at InterCement as an Analista de Planejamento de Manutenção since September 2017, Manuel oversees maintenance planning, KPI reporting, and technical support for operational teams. Prior to InterCement, Manuel served as a Maintenance Planner and Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor at AMECO, as well as a Maintenance Planner at Vale, where responsibilities included service programming and managing maintenance meetings. Additionally, Manuel has hands-on experience as a Senior Drilling Technician and Inspector, focusing on equipment inspection and maintenance.
